The Monbukagakusho Scholarship, also known as the MEXT (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology) Scholarship, is a prestigious scholarship program offered by the Japanese government. It aims to support international students who wish to pursue higher education in Japan at undergraduate, master’s, doctoral, or research levels.

ITP Driving License Verification

Gone are the days of queuing up at the traffic department for license verifications! Islamabad Traffic Police has now made the process easier and more accessible with their newly launched online system. Now, with just a few clicks, you can verify your driving license from the comfort of your own home.

Accessible via https://ict.islamabadpolice.gov.pk:8081/veri/, this user-friendly platform requires only your CNIC/License number and the license expiry date to complete the verification process. It’s quick, convenient, and saves you valuable time.

But wait, there’s more! The same site gives you an easy way to check your eChallans. Just punch in your vehicle number, and bam, you’ll see if you owe any fines.

So, if you’re thinking about getting a learner or driving license, here’s some good news: The Islamabad Traffic Police has rolled out an online appointment system at islamabadtrafficpolice.gov.pk. This means you can book your visit when it suits you best, skipping those never-ending lines and pointless waiting.

Online Application for Learner Driving License Punjab

In December 2023, the Punjab Government has launched an online platform for its citizens to obtain Learner Driving License. Following documents are required if you want to apply online:

Required Documents:

Applicant Picture (Face)
Scanned copy of CNIC (Front & Back)
If you are above 50, then a medical certificate signed by a Government Doctor

Procedure to Apply online for Learner Driving License:

Get yourself registered on Driving License Issuance Management System (DLIMS) website https://dlims.punjab.gov.pk/register
Click on “New Learner” and Fill out the application form.
Upload required documents.
Generated PSID and make payment through ATM or Online/Mobile banking.

The citizens can also apply through Punjab Police App. Aside from this if you want to apply in person, then you can get it within 15 minutes from any of the Punjab Police Khidmat Markaz. More details are available on Punjab police website

Update:

Now the citizens can also apply online for the renewal of regular license through the same system of DLIMS.
