It serves as a unified platform where individuals seeking employment, both within Pakistan and internationally, can find public sector jobs. The Portal offers job seekers an excellent chance to search for and apply to their desired positions in an organized manner.
To ensure fairness and transparency, job postings are managed through a sophisticated backend system, enabling employers to hire deserving candidates solely on the basis of merit.
The official website of the portal, https://njp.gov.pk provides up-to-date information on job openings available in various sectors. All federal departments and agencies are required to advertise their job vacancies on the portal. This enables citizens to conveniently apply for jobs from the comfort of their homes. There are two main categories in which the jobs are shown:

Steps to apply for Job in National Job Portal
Step 1 (Registration): Register on njp.gov.pk . In order to register you need Name , CNIC & email are required for Sign Up
Step 2 (Profile): Once registered, complete your profile like educational details, experience, skills etc.
Step 3 (Search & Apply): Search jobs posted on njp.edu.pk and apply accordingly.
